This notice explains what happens to the details you give us through the contact form on seatmio.com.
Who we are
SEATmio is operated by Observa Systems, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its registered office at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA, which acts as the controller of your data. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
The details you type into the form: your name, work e-mail address, company, job title, industry, the markets you are interested in, your phone number and message if you give them. With them we store the time of the request, the page language, your IP address and browser identifier (to stop abuse), and the address of the page that referred you.
Why and on what basis
Only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss access to SEATmio with you. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). We do not send newsletters to these addresses and we do not sell or share them.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation about SEATmio lasts, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case the contract terms apply.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, object to its use or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
The cinema data itself
SEATmio's product data is about seats and screenings. It contains no personal data about cinema-goers.
